Bikramyoga in Malmö


Bikram Yoga is timeless, different and fun, but also demanding as we practice in a room heated to 40°C. We practice Hatha yoga individually or in a group, to the depth that our own bodies allow. Bikram Yoga suits everyone, regardless of age and physical conditions.

We perform 26 poses in a set sequence where each pose prepares the body for the next. By practicing in a heated room, we attain a maximal flow of oxygen to the body, cleansing and wellbeing.

In practicing Bikram Yoga regularly we exercise our mind and improve both our physical and mental health. We do this in a strengthening, vitalising, preventive and therapeutic purpose, in order to forestall, alleviate and cure illnesses, injuries and symptoms. Simultaneously we decrease the effect of stress, tearing and wearing, and ageing. Not to forget that each class is a unique experience, since it is a meeting with our present ‘I’.

Yoga practice creates balance between body, mind and soul, strength and flexibility, concentration and relaxation.

We sweat, challenge ourselves, have fun and test our limits in 40°C!
